UK ETA Application Steps
Access the Official UK ETA Application Portal
Navigate to the UK ETA online application form. You can apply from any device — desktop, tablet, or smartphone. The UK ETA app is also available for download on iOS and Android.
Enter Your Personal Information
Provide your full name (exactly as it appears on your passport), date of birth, nationality, and contact details. Double-check all spelling to avoid delays in processing.
Submit Passport & Travel Details
Enter your passport number, issue date, and expiry date. You'll also need to provide details about your planned trip including dates, purpose of travel, and UK accommodation address.
Pay the UK ETA Application Fee (£10)
Complete the secure online payment of £10. This fee is non-refundable. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Receive Your Approved UK ETA
Most applications are processed within 3 working days. You will receive an email confirmation once approved. Your UK ETA is electronically linked to your passport — no printout is required.
